Summary:
The story is set in Miraji in the town of dustwalk. The main character Amani is desperate to get of the town and she tries to do so with her sharpshooting prowess. One day she meets a man named Jin who is an outlaw. They flee and go on a journey where more interesting characters will be. More will revealed about her past and what she is.

My thoughts:
This book was one of  the most anticipated books on my TBR. I was so excited about this book and I could not put it down. I was hooked from the first page and it was love from then on. I just cannot say enough good things about this book. Just pick it up and see why I love it. I cannot wait for the sequel.
The Plot:
This was a page turner and kept me up late. It was so engaging  that I could not wait to see what was going to happen. It was not slow  nor predictable at all. I did not feel like it dragged in the middle like some books do. The plot twists were kinda predictable but not.
The Characters:
I really liked Amani and she was a strong, well written character.  She was a very strong women and knew what she wanted. Now on to Jin. He annoyed me at first but he grew on me. There could be some room for improvement for his character in the next book. The other characters are also very good and well written.
